Rosie Jordan
36 years of work experience: IU Medical Center Dept. of Clinical Pathology, Boehringer Mannheim (now Roche), SciCor (now Covance), and retired after 27 years at Eli Lilly and Company. Had 10 assignments in both Medical and Human Resources at Lilly, including her last 9 years there as a Career Consultant and the last 5 years as the sole provider of career services for the Company. Has counseled thousands of individuals and created and delivered hundreds of workshops/presentations at Lilly and for both medical and career development conferences. Since retiring from Lilly, she has conducted assessment de-briefs for almost 500 Lilly sales reps and now reaches a broader audience—high school and college students, the unemployed, and the underemployed—with career planning processes and tools that work.
