Lori Destrampe
Lori Destrampe specializes in optimizing employee performance and building a culture of integrity. With over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, she has demonstrated an ability to impact performance in a complex and highly regulated environment.
Before retiring from Eli Lilly and Company, Lori was part of the Ethics and Compliance function. Additionally, she was part of a team that managed the Lilly Corporate Integrity Agreement with the U.S. Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General. She also managed governance activities that enabled executive and board oversight of Lilly’s ethics and compliance program. At the time of her retirement, the company had been named one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies by The Ethisphere® Institute.
Throughout her career, Lori developed effective training programs to drive employee and leadership engagement. Utilizing her extensive experience in human resources, change management, and compensation/incentive program design, she brings multi-faceted solutions that deliver meaningful results.
Lori has expertise in designing and implementing global programs that enable leaders to foster an ethical culture – where employees are comfortable speaking up, asking questions, voicing concerns, and sharing diverse ideas, leaders are prepared to listen, and compliance is the norm.
She has a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Angelo State University in Texas. She also has a Master of Science degree in analytical chemistry and a Master of Education degree in instructional systems technology, both from Indiana University.
